Itinerary

Day 1: Nomadic Culture & Ger Camp Experience

Meet at 8:00 AM at your hotel for pick-up and a scenic drive 60 km northwest of Ulaanbaatar to a traditional Mongolian tourist Ger camp. Begin your adventure with a 2-hour nomadic show, followed by a delicious Mongolian lunch. After lunch, visit a nomadic family to experience their traditional lifestyle firsthand, and enjoy horse riding across the beautiful steppe.

Day 2: Khustai National Park & Wild Horses

After breakfast at the camp, depart for Khustai National Park home of the rare Przewalski’s horses (Takhi). Here we will try to spot the famous wild horses. They live completely free in the steppe, so seeing them is a matter of luck and patience, Enjoy a short documentary about the park’s conservation efforts and visit the local museum to learn more about the region’s wildlife and history. After the visit, return to Ulaanbaatar
